We advise our clients to collect only the data they strictly need, and we apply the same rule to our own website. This page explains what data we process, why, for how long and how to exercise your rights, under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act. This English version is provided for information only; the French version prevails.

The data we process
This website asks for personal data in one place only: the contact form.

The form fields are required for us to respond, except the phone number, which is optional. Without them, we cannot handle your request.
Who has access to your data
Your data is intended for ATYOM only. It is never sold, rented or transferred, and never used to train artificial intelligence models.
It is hosted on a virtual private server dedicated to ATYOM, located in Frankfurt (Germany) and provided by Hostinger International Ltd (Larnaca, Cyprus), which acts as a technical subprocessor. Messages sent through the form are handled by an automation tool (n8n) installed and run by ATYOM on its own infrastructure: they do not pass through any third-party form service. No data is transferred outside the European Union.
Cookies and analytics
This website sets no advertising cookies and no third-party trackers. Fonts are hosted on our own servers: your browser does not contact any external service to display them.
No analytics tool is used: we do not track your browsing on the website, so no consent banner is needed.
Your rights
At any time, you can:
- access the data concerning you and obtain a copy;
- have it corrected or erased;
- request restriction of its processing or object to it;
- receive your data in a structured format (portability);
- set instructions for what happens to your data after your death.
To exercise these rights, write to us at contact@atyom.ai. We reply within one month.
If you believe your rights are not being respected, you can lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL) at cnil.fr.
Security
The website is served over encrypted connections only (HTTPS). Access to messages received is limited to the ATYOM staff who need it to respond to you.
Changes to this policy
This policy may change, in particular if new services are added to the website. The date of the last update appears at the top of this page.
